Spelling Test—Thursday—math
words
Tuesday folder—This
is my main form of communication with you. Please go through the folder
every week. Look through your child’s work. Return anything that needs
to be returned. Sign and date the folder.
Reading Log—This
needs to be returned each Wednesday morning. It is considered homework.
Lunch Tickets—are $10.50 for 5 days, or $42.00 for 20 days. When
your child needs a new one, just send the check or cash to the
classroom, and I will make a new ticket. If he/she has any charges, I
will punch them off the new ticket.
Kroger Cards—Do you buy groceries or gas at Kroger? When you use
Kroger gift cards, Holy Family receives 5% of every purchase. The cards
can be reloaded at the service desk. You can use your credit card to do
this, so you are still earning your rewards or travel points. We are
now selling Kroger cards in larger denominations, as well as the $5
cards. They can all be reloaded. Fund raising doesn’t get much
easier than this….
EXCEPT…..—We are still
participating in the Ashland Town Center’s EARNING FOR LEARNING
program. Simply take your mall receipts to the customer service desk so
they can record the total spent. We have earned $900 so far, and could
potentially get $1800.
We are no longer collecting Nestle
water labels.
No School—Next Monday, September

September 10—Noon dismissal.
Please be generous in volunteering your time for
our upcoming festival, which will be held on September 10, 11, and 12.
