Dear Parents,
Welcome back after Spring Break!! I am sure you loved every minute of
it! The weather was perfect!
In religion we are talking about Holy Week and what is going on with the
Holy Spirit. We are also talking about prayer. This week we are praying
asking prayers. You might want to follow up on this at home. In math
double digit addition and we will begin subtraction this week. In
reading our story was about butterflies and the life cycle of a
butterfly. We will do a little more by comparing moths and butterflies.
Muscles and brains will be added to our bodies this week.
Anushka will be our student of the Week next week!
We will be going to ACTC for a puppet show. I asked for permission slips
to be in by today. Please check to see if you turned yours in. We need
drivers. We cannot walk to ACTC. Please help if you can. Thanks!!
A note came home about the rummage sale. There is a need for help from
June 15th until the sale in July. People are working on pricing, sorting
and putting things in categories. If you can give a few hours a week at
any of these times it will help!! The school gets ALL of the money from
this sale.
